OK, so we now can copy folders per se within the FileQube website GUI - and that's a wonderful advancement in usability - but unless I'm missing something, when we upload we still can't select a folder on our hard drive to send. Rather, we're forced to endure the excruciating, error-prone maneuver of manually selecting numerous files to upload. Grrrr! Other sites allow selecting folders, why can't FileQube?

@Kathy: We're currently working on integration of a new support system and support policy for FQ. The focus of the current upgrade was to get the 2.0 platform running and upgrade our network. We realize that one major component we lack is some "guidance" on how to properly use and configure the FileQube service so this is our next priority.

Some planned support tools that will soon be introduced are:
 - Community Forum
 - Self-Help Knowledgebase
 - Screencasts
 - Email Ticketing

We realize that this doesn't address your immediate needs so please feel free to email as @ support (at) fileqube.com anytime you have any questions and answer them promptly.

I really like this site, the layout is very modern which I like. It also has many functions, and it's improving quite well, I found out about this website from a chinese computer magazine, but if it's good enough for a magazine, it's good enough for me. =D

@ Tamara: The issue with emails was resolved. I apologize for not replying sooner but such requests are better directed by using the contact tab on the web site as we're 100% focused on working out the bugs of 2.0 for launch. Please let me know.

@ Gagahput3ra: We understand this is an inconvenience for some users and rest assured that we're working on a solution that will allow for drag & drop of multiple files at a time. It's part of our development roadmap and a big feature request by many users.

@ Eagleeyes1990: Thanks for the suggestion. We're exploring this option right now. There's some small concerns functionality of such a tool however we will keep you posted on this.

Perfect. This place is getting better everytime I come in once in a while. I like it. You know what would be great though is being able to extract zip and rar files just like you would on a computer. That's probably impossible to code, but that would be pretty cool. It would also allow for faster uploads too since there are less files to upload at a time and less space to cram in as well. Other than that, I likes it. One of the best websites I use. (It's on my Opera Speed Dial)

Hi guys, i really like the layout & design of FQ, and if not the only, it's certainly one of the reason why i join FQ in the first place.

but please, is there a chance that you may remove the "only 10 files to be queue" cap? I think it will be more helpful if the cap is on filesize, not amount of files on queue. I have lots of document that i wanna put on FQ, and lots of it are small documents...if i queue 10 of them at a time, it will take forever for me to finish the upload. :(

So please, can you guys remove the cap? Or is there anyway i could use the service to upload more than 10 files at the same time?

Hi guys, I like the concept of FQ and I like new features you implemented BUT I can't sign up with the website!
I filled in my info but didn't receive confirmation email and when I click on Contact (to tell you about this problem) page doesn't load at all. When I clicked on Forgot password? (to try and retrieve confirmation somehow) it gives me page error. When I tried to sign up again with same email it doesn't let me, because it says account already exists...but I can't get to it!

Can you do something about it?!
