Quick update

We know it’s been a while since we’ve last written, so we want to give you an update on all of the exciting things that have been going on at File Qube headquarters.

We’ve been hard at work with the FQ 2.0 beta release and we’ve been tying up some administrative loose ends. We’ve been working on obtaining a reliable merchant account, and beta testing has begun! To those of you who were kind enough to volunteer as beta testers, please keep an eye out for an email from us if you’ve been selected to participate in this phase of testing.

For the rest of you, this means good news! With the launch of FQ 2.0 just around the corner, we’ll have a lot more time for writing blog posts. In the meantime, we want to hear from you. If you have any suggestions on the direction you’d like to see File Qube take or services you’d like us to offer, please click here to drop us a line. FQ was created for all of you and your feedback is what helps us grow.

Thanks to everybody for your patience, and keep an eye on this space for further updates.

Changes to Free Accounts

After three months of deliberation and careful thought, we’ve decided to disable hot linking for all free basic accounts.

It was hard decision for us to make, but hot linking on free accounts puts our business at a disadvantage.

Sorry for the bad news, everyone, and we apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
