Network Upgrades - Phase 2

Remember how hard we’ve been working to roll out the new FileQube 2.0  We’re almost done. It’s coming. So get ready!

We are about to launch Phase 2 of our network upgrade.  Now, we know what you’re thinking. “Phase 2? Phase 2?!? How many phases are there?”  Not to worry. This is the last anticipated phase for our filecloud, and we promise to knock your socks off.

Our maintenance window is planned for Saturday November 29th at 2:00 a.m. EST.

We’ll be working on our database and reconfiguring hardware within our datacenters, which means there may be a short period you may not be able to access your files or the File Qube web site.  Now in order to keep downtime to a minimum during this upgrade we decided to roll out some minor upgrades and releases during the week prior to the Phase 2 upgrade.

So just how long will this “short period” last?  We’re anticipating not more than 15 minutes. That’s it. And when the site is back up, guess what? That’s right. FileQube 2.0 will be launched, live and waiting for you to explore.

Trust us. FQ 2.0 is worth the wait. You might even want to stay up late just to be one of the first to experience FQ 2.0.

Update: Phase 2 of our network upgrades deployed successfully.  No downtime occurred during this Upgrade.
